A team of professionals (and friends), in service of community-led recovery.

REGN was formed in 2025 by a group of colleagues from the University of Virginia — architects, environmental scientists, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and consultants who saw the same gap in disaster recovery and decided to fill it.
We are a nonprofit. Our work is professional planning, design, and analysis, delivered at low cost to the communities we serve.

To put professional recovery planning within reach of every community that needs it — at low cost, and always in support of the community's own goals.
Empathy
We work with communities that have lost homes, businesses, and people. We never romanticize disaster, and we never position ourselves as the rescuer.

We deliver work a partner can actually use — to decide, to fund, and to build.
